Overview

DoseForm is designed with privacy as a core principle. Your health data stays on your device — we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal or health information to external servers.

Data Storage

All data you enter into DoseForm — including protocols, dose logs, weight entries, and settings — is stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework. No accounts or sign-ups are required.

iCloud Sync

When iCloud Sync is enabled, your data is stored in your private iCloud account using Apple’s end-to-end encryption. DoseForm never has access to your iCloud data — only devices signed into your Apple ID can read it. You can disable iCloud Sync at any time in DoseForm’s settings, and your data will remain on this device only. Sync does not include app preferences or settings — only your protocols, dose logs, and weight entries.

Apple Health Integration

If you choose to enable Apple Health integration, DoseForm reads body weight and related body metrics from the Health app on your device. This data is processed locally and is never transmitted off your device. DoseForm does not write your manual weight entries back to Apple Health. You can revoke Health access at any time in the Settings app under Privacy & Security > Health > DoseForm.

Purchases & Subscriptions

DoseForm Premium subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple’s App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple manages all billing, receipts, and subscription status.

Analytics & Tracking

DoseForm does not include any analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or third-party data collection tools. We do not track your usage, behavior, or any personal information.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, they are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent to external servers.

Data Export

When you export dose history as CSV, the file is generated locally on your device. You control where and how that file is shared using the standard iOS share sheet.

Third-Party Services

DoseForm does not integrate with any third-party services, advertising networks, or data brokers. The only external communication is with Apple’s App Store for subscription verification.

Children’s Privacy

DoseForm is not intended for use by children under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, the changes will be reflected in a future app update. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised accordingly.
